First available driver drives directly to drop-off. No time guaranties, depends on distance. Cost $1.10 per kilometer. If pick up time is after 6:00pm, weekends or holidays night service charges apply. Receiving end must be open for complete duration of delivery time.

(North American): Pick up and delivered within the next business day to most major North American destinations -cut off time 3:00pm, must be able to pick up until 5:00pm or at least a two hour window (ie If they close at 4:00pm then the cut off time would be at 2:00pm). Anything called in after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day for the following business day delivery. Weekends are not available for overnight delivery.
