Our fully-trained support staff is at your disposal to provide concise and organized answers for any questions you may have about your delivery. They can also provide general pricing quotations and suggest time management services such as the pre-scheduling of deliveries.

Committed to a process of continuous improvement, they keep up to date on industry trends and on the full range of ShellX services in order to meet your evolving business needs. ShellX Dispatchers

Our highly trained professional dispatchers are the focal point of our company. Each ShellX dispatcher receives training not only in the system, but in proper procedures to be followed with each client. Again, collaboration is key. Dispatchers provide guidance and support for the drivers on each order.
